Hi there my ONE UI version still 4.1.1 and my android version is 12 also my knox securitg is 1 oct 2022.

I already notified that there is an update to ONE UI 5 and so on which I already downloaded but I havent install it due to my hesitation about in the future of my battery performance. Does anyone had installed latest update and have battery performance decrease?

I would wait unless you want trouble. Let Mikey try it first🤣
Do some Google searches.
Particularly if your current load is fast and stable.
If you upgrade to 13 be prepared to do a factory reset.
SOT; all Samsung's should be optimized either with Package Disabler or adb edits for best results. Until you optimize it correctly it will likely impact the performance including speed.

My strategy...
I run 2 stock N10+'s. Both are running on their original loaded Android version, in this case 9 and 10. The one running on Pie current load (last factory reset) will be 3yo in June. Still fast, stable, with excellent SOT and minimal maintenance. Constant firmware upgrades/updates aren't needed. They can and do break devices. There's a hole in 12 that should be patched otherwise anything from Android 9 and up are reasonably secure unless you do something stupid.

I was a little leary about Android 13 and UI 5.0. Installed it about a week ago and the battery has been on par or a bit better than Android 12 and UI 4.x. I am completely happy with the update opposed to the dude above rocking two N10's and proud of it. Also no need for a FDR as suggested above by the member who doesn't even own a Fold 4. I've had Android 13 on my Pixel 6Pro for several months with no problems whatsoever or on the Fold 4.

Like I said........................the same or slightly better. I don't look at SOT, I'm a moderate to heavy user and my battery lasts for 2 days. Also, this is my experience not others.
5-7 hrs of blistering SOT is more typical for your device.
Even with a degraded battery I'm getting better SOT than most on any of latter generations of Samsung flagships. With a 5002 mAh battery it would get 14-15 hrs SOT easy🤣
Just a better balanced and more functional phone.

Not doing a factory reset after a major upgrade is just asking for trouble. Let's see if your current load makes it to 3 yo. This one will be that this June🤣

I've been on every version of Android since 1.0 all the way to Android 13 and there have always been luddites like you that are scared of the newer and better technology. I'd rather be on a jet than a bi-plane!

Did you experience any issues with your WIFI going in and out with a VPN?

I used Package Disabler and disable certain apps etc and I updated to 13 and started experiencing issues with my internet connections with apps going in and out. Like discord and other apps going in and out.

Looks like I'll do a factory reset

I'm still running Android 9 and 10, wifi is always disabled by me although it works.
After a major firmware upgrade a factory reset and a clean load is best. Some of your 3rd party apps may not be compatible with the new firmware until they are updated. After the new firmware been out a while you'll see more issues and hopefully solutions.
Realize that both Google and Samsung are both market/hype driven. That's not to the end user's advantage at all.

On the Fold4 had no issues with Bluetooth. Wifi or network. As stated earlier the battery is just as good or slightly better than Android 12. I'm running an unlocked on the T-Mobile network. Before a FDR you might try resetting your network settings.
