Does your TF300T turn on when you plug in the charger?

If I manually shut it off (battery not dead) and plug in my charger it does turn on when. The battery is dead I have to turn it on

Mine doesn't. Running last PAC ROM (Android 4.3)

This is a setting. CROMI ROM has the ability to disable it. Otherwise, its not able to be contorlled by the user.
