Doesn't ring

Hey Guys,

anybody experience the phone not ring when incoming calls? I have to reboot the phone for it to start ringing again. I got the phone during X-mas for my mom but she complains about that. lol... But i have no idea what causes it. It stock and happens with wifi calling on and off. i checked apps and she doesnt have anything different i would have.. I might just flash a custom rom on it.
