Dolby Atmos from Huawei p20 port for the LG G7

My buddy has a Huawei P20. I've heard some songs about Spotify and Dolby atmos. it was the automatic feature in Dolby active, so that Dolby has adapted to each song. Can you port Dolby atmos, including the technology for the LG G7, as it is the Huawei p20? The question is whether this is just software, or even related to hardware. I would be grateful if someone would find it there.
