Dolphin with Jet slowed way down!

I use Chrome for most browsing needs on my N7 WiFi. But there are a few sports streaming sites i visit so using Dolphin with the jetpack to see them with Flash works good.

But lately in the past few updates, Dolphin is dump-truck slow to load and sometimes wont load pages. Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions for a fix?

I have also fom time to time, in my case I just accepted it as wifi connections? hope u find some answers, plz report back if so!
