XpLoDWilD is absolutely correct...I don't post very often unless it's a "Thanks, everything worked fine!" or if it's an explanation to how to get something to work that I've found that works for me. Often I find myself reading the same things over and over in my subscribed threads and it's pissing me off. Anyone who doesn't bother reading the changelog at the very least is a massive idiot.
In reality these wonderful dev's don't owe us **** and we should be grateful and respect that their time and effort has gone into developing some fantastic stuff. Stuff they didn't even have to release to the public, and that is the key point here.
I mean how hard is it to read a few pages of 1 line posts at the end of the topic and the OP with the changelog to see what works before you consider flashing something?
Is it that hard to follow instructions given in the OP for flashing said mod/rom/whatever?
I can understand all the new users being curious about what they can get out of their new smartphone, I was one of you about a year ago when I got an awful Samsung Galaxy 3 (Apollo) and wanted to be able to play music without it stuttering..lol..so I did some research and some flashing..sure it cocked up a few times but they were always MY FAULT for doing something wrong.
I've seen over the past year this place get filled with more and more 'zomg my phone is f00ked!!' posts...my advice to devs...stop helping them
.
If they want to fix it, just let them figure it out. Especially if you know it's something that can be fixed easily by following the instructions in OP or if it's already a bug in the changelog.
Just deny their daft questions existance in your mind and they will eventually figure out what they've done wrong all by themselves like I did.
