I bought one from the "official doogee" seller on Aliexpress.
I receiveid a damaged and bricked one.... nearly 2 months ago.
I have to send it back to asia despite the national warranty said to be provided.
So far, no refund....

Support from Doogee cie : "Ask the vendor. Thanks"

Now, I bought a S7 edge and do not want to hear about aliexpress (4 years clients) and Doogee (first try) !

Very sorry for your misfortune.
I have been buying fr aliexpress for a few years already, so far no negative experience. only one time i didn't receive the item but aliexpress came in to solved the issue between me and seller and i got back my money.
of course there are always some bad apples everywhere.

Anyway i am also sorry that u missed a chance to experience this good phone.

microSD (TF) card support

Hi,,
Can anyone tell me how does one use microSD card with MIX and MIX Lite phones.
Do the phones have separate slot for microSD (TF) card, or will it use one of slots for GSM SIM cards - making it single SIM rather that dual SIM?

Sure. It uses one of the SIM slots so while using microSD you have single SIM phone.

How things are going for DooGee Mix?

I see that people still having problems to create a new ROM and trying to unlock the phone. Really hope that DooGee Mobile give future suport for the MIX.

why can't I find any info. on availability in the US. I'm talking all Doogee phones. what carriers, etc. it's not that difficult. you buy it online and chip it. who can I go to to get this connected. do I really need to ask? this should be info that's easily accessible. also... what models they will support or Not. These are basics people. figure it out & spread the word.

I sold my DooGee after 3 months, Bought iPhone 6S now I have an Redmi Note 6.

DooGee its a cheap brand, I do not trust their phones and their suport is really bad. Just to stole information from outside.
