I bought one from the "official doogee" seller on Aliexpress.
I receiveid a damaged and bricked one.... nearly 2 months ago.
I have to send it back to asia despite the national warranty said to be provided.
So far, no refund....
Support from Doogee cie : "Ask the vendor. Thanks"
Now, I bought a S7 edge and do not want to hear about aliexpress (4 years clients) and Doogee (first try) !
Very sorry for your misfortune.
I have been buying fr aliexpress for a few years already, so far no negative experience. only one time i didn't receive the item but aliexpress came in to solved the issue between me and seller and i got back my money.
of course there are always some bad apples everywhere.
Anyway i am also sorry that u missed a chance to experience this good phone.
