If you mirror it yes, otherwise moderators might remove the link. (even though this isn't happening anymore luckily).
Thank you for your quick response.
I re-uploaded the files on my onedrive.

It contains the TWRP recovery, scatterfile and SuperSU. I've successfully flashed TWRP and doing a backup of the system as we speak. (Havent started the phone yet, but TWRP works) Gonna try installing SuperSU when it's done. I'll let you know how it works out.

Update: Phone boots normally even with TWRP installed, so that's good. Gonna update soon about the supersu.
Update2: SuperSU works! Awesome! So both TWRP and SuperSU works. That's awesome.

Note that I didn't update my phone yet. And would you say it's safe to uninstall the reported virus system programs? (as listed in the thread?)

Sorry about the Swedish language, but you hopefully know what Im trying to prove :)

Edit3: Unfortunately I am unable to update the phone since TWRP was installed. Maybe I should re-install stock recovery, do the OTA and then re-apply TWRP? Will SuperSU break if I restore stock recovery?

I used the Russian recovery file and was stuck at a boot loop, flashed the boot file and still in a loop.

Flashing back the doogee recovery to try and get out of loop.

Edit: Still in a loop...

Can anyone give me a link to a clean rom to fix this brick?

I still have to create a Development & Support thread, please wait.

Also, if there is no Stock ROM available, it isn't possible to root it safely yet.

Sorry to hear that. It worked perfectly for me. Maybe your phone was updated? I installed the recovery with the out of the box version as seen in the screenshots above and I've had no issues. The only "problem" is that I can't update the phone now with the OTA.

Fair enough, the problem is I can't read Russian and assumed it finished a backup, but it failed. I understand there is not a released rom. I can swap recovery partitions out just fine and get into TWRP and the stock recovery. The phone just sits on the Doogee logo after that. Could you share your backup of boot and system and maybe preloader if you can get that too?

You can easily change the language within TWRP, there are youtube videos on how you do it :p
I was told my SP flash tool backup was useless as the guide I followed was wrong. The TWRP backup I made got my credentials and such saved on it, cause I backed it up after I tested stuff :S

EDIT: I might backup my phone again since I've settled with it, and restore to my previous backup, reset it and backup it again to make it clean. Will be painful as my SD card is super slow x)

Just note that with the backup I got, OTA isint working since the TWRP install.

I would hate to put you through that trouble but would sure appreciate it, and others who bork up there phone like I did can then have some sort of unbrick method.

So can someone explain what is the current situation for Shoot 1 users?
Can we go from a virus-ed version to a clean one and still expect automated firmware updates in the future?

It's bad at first, use it a couple of days and charge overnight. Mine was horrible at first, but now, on average. I lose about 20-30% a day with no gaming. Just a bit of facebook now and then.

I had the stock rom and managed to root it with links I provided earlier. Having root, I managed to uninstall the system apps via ES filemanager. No viruses, unwanted apps or pop-ups since then. I can not update anymore do. Still on stock rom but I have no issues except jumpy GPS.

Iam using Doogee shoot1 from last one month, I noticed the following errors:
1. App Browser is opening automatically when we open other apps everytime
2. While taking the Selfies in a face beaty mode, the landscepe Pics are stretched and looks not good.
Please let me know if any settings has to be done in my handset to resolve this issue

Doogee Shoot 1 first OTA update came with a trojan in the system. Detected as Rootkin.DB by Bitdefender, it installs continuously a com.android.horizons.syne_1008.apk , which is removed , but comes back after several hours.
Hope Doogee sends a clean stock rom . Could it be done via OTA?

    Leaked News:

DOOGEE Shoot 1 first unboxing and review

DOOGEE is on a roll with their mid-range phones, which includes a slew of high-quality yet affordable smartphones. Recently there comes a brand new series named Shoot series.

    Unboxing Video

The Shoot 1 is one of the cheapest Dual Camera smartphone available on the market, and with latest discounts (available on many e-shops) it may be the cheapest.

    BsxyBrkl.jpg

    znEYImfl.jpg

    D6GTzsml.jpg

    Dual Camera, Dual-LED Flash

The most interesting aspect of this device is its rear-facing dual camera setup. The Shoot 1 comes with a 13MP primary shooter and 8MP secondary unit, with the latter being used purely to capture depth information that can be taken advantage of when using the camera’s wide aperture mode.

    HCT9CCp.gif

The wide aperture mode lets you dial in the aperture, which allows for a very large bokeh (or SLR) effect. The bokeh effect does work quite well and looks very convincing. If you cover the lense before you start shooting, there will be an alert. It’s also a symbol of real dual camera.

    VHKjIxGl.jpg

Front Camera, 8MP with 88' wide-angle lens and beautify mode

With an 8MP front camera, it allows to achieve superior selfies even in low light. Set the camera to take a photo when you smile, or fingerprint shutter. Detects your face and applies custom beauty settings.

The beautify feature is something pretty common nowadays, and here it works even better thanks to the high-quality camera.

    Advantages

    + Solid build quality
    + Dual-SIM support
    + MicroSD support
    + Dual cameras
    + Front facing fingerprint reader
+ Good price to performance ratio

    Disadvantages

    - No USB Type-C
    - Weak speaker

After ota ubdate finger id doesn't work good as before. And the camera Whether front and back is soo bad in video call about any social app.

My fingerprint scanner is working just fine, but I agree with you about the camera.
