Hello there,

I downloaded latest ROM from DOOGEE website
Model:X5 Max Pro
Filename: MP_mt6737_n370b_a48-4g_daoge_cc_128gbitp16d3_m_lte_3m-fdd-cs_mul_20161226-204523_songlixin_PC.zip
File size: 801MB
But unfortunately now there's a white wide strip across the screen.

I tried different ROMs for X5 Max Pro but when trying to update with smart phone flash tool either the screen is still broken or I get
a message saying ERROR: STATUS SCATTER FILE INVALID (0xC0030001).
So I googled and found out that I need to remove BIRDTOOLMINVER line but this line doesn't not exist!

I can tell system has loaded and phone is ready for configuration because it makes sounds but I just can't see anything.
I read somewhere the cause of it is rom not matching the kernel and hopefully the screen is not broken for good but who knows?
Any idea how I could fix it?

Thank you

you all have the wrong screen driver
doogee (and most chin phones) chaninge parts over the prudoction life of the phone
you need to select the correct ROM (by date of buy) or know how to install the correct driver
