Downgrade from 5.1 to 4.3

You can go back to KitKat, however the Stock Motorola OTA Update system is in no way designed for down-graders.

If you accept an official OTA Update, you will join the others who have done so, and end up with a phone destroyed beyond repair.

If you flash the factory firmware images - you will get constant notification nags to update.

This zip when flashed via TWRP will disable OTA Updates:

The Optimized KitKat ROMs here are the safest choice:

Apologies. No, Stock Jelly Bean 4.3 is not possible once you upgrade the Bootloader. You should be aware that there is a serious Battery bug with anything less than Stock Android 4.4.4 - the phone will randomly shut off without warning.

There are no custom ROMs (i.e CM) based on Android 4.3 available for Falcon that I am aware of.
