Downgrade from NF4 to 4.3 or lower.

I've read that it was possible to downgrade the Rom on ND8 to 4.3 or lower. Just not the bootloader. And that is fine but I have an S3 that is on NF4 and I can't seem to downgrade the rom at all. When I install a ROM that is 4.3 it will just stay on the Samsung screen and that is it.

It's actually for a different phone model, NF4 is for the L710T which is the Spark enabled S3. OP there's just not a whole lot we know about NF4 right now because not many people have that model.
