When you enter the command "adb pull/dev/block/sde1" in recovery mode, fastboot writes -"device unauthorized. Please check the confirmation dialog on your device." What's wrong?

I'm trying to downgrade from pie to oreo, with no luck so far. I used the Devinfo_Tool from Sabpprook https://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-u11/development/unofficial-htc-u11-twrp-recovery-t3706264/page32 and with it I managed to change version. Now I can see my os number is 1.24.401.7, which is fine for me. But in download mode I see that os number is pie's (2.19.401.2). In sde1, though, pulling it with adb, I read 1.24.401.7. Weird. Still I'm not able to flash oreo RUU, getting error 12. So I tried to flash hosd_signed.img from RUU I'm going to flash as stated in this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=79616165&postcount=1911, but I'm not able to afford it, fastboot returning error unknown. Tried everything found in various threads (switch USB port, switch pc, reinstall drivers, switch cable, etc) but still no luck.
Any help would be highly appreciated

Still I can't flash RUU. Can someone who achieved to flash hosd.img please explain how he managed to do it?
Fastboot reports file size is too large, while htc_fastboot, which I successfully used to flash larger files, stays pending 'sending hosd'

Hello my friend.Obviously we're interested on your post but we don't get all you writing. For example how you get sde1 file?In recovery?Do we have to open TWRP Terminal there?Or you open terminal from adb file explorer on our laptop? Is it possible to do a step by step guide?Much appreciated

First, you all need to Enable Developer Mode under System, then enable access to adb for your PC. (Smatphone Ask to trust incoming Connection)
Then, is ADB working in Recovery too.
