Try fastboot flash nx619j.update where ever you put it

then you need to flash a custom recovery (TWRP), find below where and how:

After you have flashed TWRP go in recovery mode with VOL UP and power button pressed til display lit up, then release and you need to be in Recovery TWRP.
BE PREPARED: OPEN COMMAND PROPT AND GO IN ADB FOLDER WHERE YOU HAVE COPIED THE ROM.
IN TWRP go in ADVANCED > adb SIDELOAD, CHEK WIPE DALVIK CACHE AND WIPE CACHE.
SWIPE TO START SIDELOAD...IT WILL WAIT FOR COMMAND FROM ADB:
NOW TIPE IN CMD WINDOW: ADB SIDELOAD ROM.ZIP
ROM ZIP IS YOUR ROM NAME IN ZIP FORMAT!

I tried installing the twrp recovery via fastboot before that was why i ended up with this device corrupt bootloop.

I just tried doing it again.

1. Fastboot oem nubia_unlock NUBIA_NX619J
2. Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
3. Hold power and vol up - it went into the error message bootloop (Your device is corrupt. It cant be trusted and will not boot).

I cant proceed anymore.

Just be sure that Recovery.img is for your model (RED MAGIC MARS?!) if have used recovery for Red Magic and your phone is Red Magic Mars it will not work!

Download the latest ROM for Mars (2.23): http://romdownload.nubia.com/%E7%BA%A2%E9%AD%94Mars/V2.23/NX619J-update.zip
Open it with 7zip or WinRAR and extract the Recovery.img from it...put it in adb/fastboot folder and flash it as described before.
Don't forget to unlock your bootloader first!

They are releasing the global version this month hopefully we can flash update it like the magic with no root I need Google play

I seen somewhere on XDA with Nubia x they just rooted the phone and made Google play service and everything Google system instead of third-party app and Google work just fine that way

Thanks. I didnt knew the recovery file is in the rom. I did as you ask.

1. move NX619J recovery file to minimal adb and fastboot folder.
2. open min. adb & fastboot.
3. my phone set to fastboot, and type cmd fastboot devices.
4. typed - fastboot oem nubia_unlock NUBIA_NX619J
5. typed - fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
6. Select 'reboot to recovery mode' on phone.
7. Corrupt message came up.
8. Retried step 3 to 5 again.
9. Press and hold vol up and power button till screen restarts.
10. Corrupt message came up again.

I cant proceed further. Just sad really i had my hopes up.

Lets try this:
Download RM MArs 2.23 ROM: https://mega.nz/#!94EUEKaC!RjUIX5U9IJVo_kEn4GC-N4kA-O69FY70G-cROpbYfRA
...I downloaded and put it on MEGA because the original site is very slow!
Copy the ROM in adb/fastboot folder from your PC
Go in fastboot mode on your phone
Open on your PC the command prompt (in admin mode) and start adb
Connect your phone with PC
try this command to see if phone is recognized: fastboot devices
need to return a number!
Unlock phone: fastboot oem unlock
If you get any message on the smartphone the press yes to confirm unlocking
After the process is completed successfully run this command:
fastboot update NX619J-update2.zip
look for some confirmation and then:
fastboot reboot

Finger crossed! :fingers-crossed:
P.S. put a screen shot here with phone screen before you try to reboot, to see the progress a bit.

I've tried as you instructed. Still the same i am prompted the 'no android-info.txt' error message.

Bro did you ever use fastboot to clear the phone you still have Google play installed probably what giving you the problem

my red magic mars never came with google playstore, cause its china rom.
