Download not taking place on Moto G4 Plus with Jio Sim on Roaming

Hi Guys,

I have put Jio Sim in my newly bought Moto G4 Plus. This Sim is on roaming right now. What I have noticed is that on roaming, while browsing is possible however, when mobile data is selected on Him Sim then downloads are not taking place.

This issue was not there when I used the same Jio Sim in One Plus X on roaming.

If anyone knows the resolution then please help.

If you are on Android 7.x this is a known issue with no available fixes.
