Download stops after install 8050 blobs

Hi everyone,

i have a problem with download files on browser, stock oder chrome.
A few days ago i flached new libra_8050 blobs. Since then my download are not working.

Install Apps with playstore works fine, internet browsing and messing too.
Only download failed. I tried differenz files and sizes, all get paused or aborted in stock browser

Problems are on Wifi and Mobile.
I tried to install 7540 and 8120 also, but without success. Does anyone know this problem and what i can do?
Full wipe and clean install dont work. Problem persists on different roms, slimrom with android 6.0 and AICP with 7.1

Ok, i could solved it on my own

Problem was, that i have backed up my internal storage to a windows pc and restored everything after a full white of the device.
The folder have only read permission and so no programm could save files there.
