downloading drivers to usb via a500

I just recently had an issue with my laptop showing limited access to the internet and have been trying to find out how to fix it. Its a belkin router and my a500 and iPod touch both still connect fine. So I was going to see it I could redownload the drvrs since I don't know where my CD is, I tried putting me USB drive into this and when I went to down load it was just a bunch of jumble.
