Drain Battery

Does adding custom rom such as cyberMOd or viper drain battery ?

if not than can you tell me the settings which i should put ??

Actually both ROM and kernel do affect battery life. Some are good, some aren't. Try out yourself, or let me know how you want to use your phone, then I'll recommend you.

I guess it depends on which kernel is being used, a CPU governor like badass is good for keeping battery drain low.

It also depends on your use. Some roms have better drain whole idle but use more juice when active. Some will drain when idle more but have good drain when in use.

So 'better' depends on ypur use

i dont know what u mean by kernal but i usually just use internet for faceebooking and also justlisten to music with it.

i tried viper rom but it drains a lot of battery
