Which driver for C5 ultra dual E5533?
Hi all
My phone Xperia C5 Ultra Dual e5533 is not recognized by flashtool :
23/049/2016 14:49:02 - ERROR - (MainSWT.java:1055) - Cannot identify your device.
So i selected throught manual selector "E55XX" and all seems to be ok.
After that as soon as I try to do something like My E55XX>Reboot or My E55XX>Launch ServiceMenu or Devices>Check Drivers the software locked and nothing happen, I need to close the software that is unresponsive....
What drivers should I install as the "C5 Ultra dual E5533" does not appear in the list of drivers at the install time of the drivers..
Thanks in advance for any answer that can help me going further...
(Using flashtool 0.9.19.10 built on 4.10.2015 and Flashtool xperia driver pack 1.8)

If you have sonys pcc installed on your pc and you've used it you should already have the right drivers installex
Thanks for your answer (PC Companion and phone are both working together for backup). But how can i trust those drivers and software(flashtool) if the sofware locks each time i'm trying to establish a communication between software and my phone...What to do if flashing stop responding?
Is there a way to be sure that the communication is established and well working?

Thanks for the link but my phone is working with pcc so the drivers seems to be installed :good:
I did flash my phone and all went well :good:
But the recognition of my phone does not work at all with flashtool

i found the pack driver , search "Flashtool-drivers-1.5-20140318.exe" , go to 1st result.
Now I may be totally missing teh point here but this driver pack is part of the flashtool if you have that installed in the standard place its found is C:\Flashtool\drivers
If you are on windows 10 you need to disable driver signature verification

Hi all,
we have been using our beloved Xperia phones for quite some time now and we know how annoying it is when we cant find correct drivers for a new device or on a new PC!
Androxyde had worked on incorporating all the drivers right inside flashtool and we have been suppling them as "Flashtool-driver.exe" with every flashtool release for windows!
But since the driver release and flashtool release are not always in sync we have decided to also release this drivers pack separately!
hence forth we will be maintaining this thread and keep releasing updated Xperia drivers as and when they become available on Sony website

DooMLoRD22For those who are having drivers problem in windows 8.1 and/or cant get to flash mode or fastboot mode just go to system32/drivers and replace these attached files with the orignal one with administrative access.. and restart your computer .Assuming you have both Sony Pc companion and flashtool installed try to connect your phone again and hurraahhhh phone should be connected..:fingers-crossed:17updated to v1.3 (20140209)

Works on Windows 8. I believe it should also work on Windows 8.1.
All you need to do is disable driver signature enforcement:
1. Open the Charms Bar in Windows 8 /8.1 and select “Settings”
2. Select “Change PC Settings”
3. Select “General”
4. Go to the bottom of the page and select “Restart Now” under “Advanced Start-Up”
5. Select “Troubleshoot”
6. Select “Advanced Options”
7. Select “Start-Up Settings”
8. Select the Restart button
9. Press "7" from your Keyboard.
10. After restart, you can install normally!
