No other way I gladly paid the $25 dollars as it was very uncertain if that version would ever be unlocked .

The problem is: $25 USD in United States is cheap but in some country's it's not that cheap.

Sure i am saving money for SunShine, and Motorola DROID TURBO XT1254 is designed for Verizon, but SunShine can s-off HTC phones, and various Motorola DROID TURBO XT1254 is in other country's more cheap than Motorola Moto Maxx XT1225 and XT1250.

If your country the internet purchases of physical products is very difficult because are strictly for internacional shipping, some people does not know how to buy physical products online (or not have a paid accepted payment method).

SunShine should be cheap, but not too much for paid development (for example old devices $10-$15, and new devices $15-$20) and if possible accept more payment methods.

Thanks Jcase and Beaups for SunShine but can be improved on some things.

Edit: This information is just to clarify the situation about SunShine, i have no problems paying $25 USD, but other people have some problems

Sunshine is not a physical product. It is a android program to be downloaded on your phone.

Sunshine should be whatever the creators want it to be, and cost however much they want it to cost. They accept Amazon gift cards, major international credit cards, bitcoin, paypal and western union. Bitcoin alone makes them pretty much universally accessible. Short of offering to come to your country and accept payment in livestock, it seems to me like they've really bent over backwards to accept whatever form of money you can get your hands on. And if you really live in a country where 25 USD is too much for you, maybe you should be spending your money on more important things than unlocking your phone's bootloader.

And if you don't know how to make online purchases, you shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a smart phone, much less a bootloader unlock app.

The problem is not me, I can pay $25 USD but other people cannot pay $25 USD because the problems posted in previous post, some other people complains about SunShine, and a friend can pay in app or buy a SunShine code, just wanted to clarify the situation and suggest some improvements to SunShine app developed by Jcase and Beaups.

I only comment that some people can not buy physical products (on internet) but they can buy virtual products. SunShine is a virtual product (Android application).

If you want an accessible solution, suggest one. Don't just say "you should support more payment methods" when they already support payment methods that are about as universally accessible as the internet currently allows.

On an unrelated note, do people still watch E!? I didn't know that still existed.

I really appreciate the fact that you work on something like this, seriously, not all of us can still afford to stay up to date on the newest device and in my case I had it unlocked and rooted but someone tried to break in to my phone and factory reset it, then mistakenly I took the update. Anyway, I have a bunch of older phones and I couldn't afford to buy one outright for the last few years. I used to have a very successful business, new android and a new iphone whenever the new one came out, just cause I felt like it, new gadgets, etc. but I ran into some trouble and I have had this turbo for almost three years. lots of people really just can't afford a new phone and what a great gift to discover these roms and other mods that some curious person with a small budget can get, opening up the functionality and the designs on the phone. I know you devs don't get enough credit and everybody is always demanding or whining about it not being done yet, while others are saying, "why are you wasting your time on that?" Fix my device instead... well I for one am really thankful for you guys that do this , asking for only donations while you make your hard work available to anyone. Thanks a ton, if you're one of these devs and you ever need anything that I can provide (I am a former IT now Jazz singer, entertainer and writer) just shoot me an email ad I'll see what I can do for you.

Thanks again

Haha yep, that's me, the troll who took the time to write, and keep updated, the most commonly used noob-friendly guide on how to use Sunshine to unlock this device, among other things. If all you see me doing is being a troll, then you're either blind or you haven't looked very hard. But whatever, I try to keep my arguing with strangers to a certain amount of time per day, and I've already gone over that limit. Plus, it's only a matter of time before the mod deletes this entire exchange.

I have a constructive suggestion for you. Can you make better posts? I'm not going to tell you why your posts are bad, and I'm not going to give you any suggestions on how to make them better, I just think it would be really helpful if you just magically made them better. Don't get frustrated at this suggestion, no matter how ridiculous it may be, because if you do, I'll call you a troll.

If you could really contribute something really constructive, do it without hesitation, but meanwhile abstain from absurd friend opinions that do not leave you well situated

si en verdad pudieras aportar algo realmente constructivo, hazlo sin dudar, pero mientras tanto abstente de opiniones absurdas amigo que no te dejan bien situado

I'm feeling pretty good about my situation. I unlocked my bootloader years ago :). And I didn't even complain about sunshine once!

What does 25/5000 mean?

If we're counting XDA posts, @TheSt33v has a 1,472 posts/1,115 thanks ratio for his helpful posts and his quite-popular guide for unlocking the Droid Turbo bootloader. (Hint: it's not just running Sunshine.) Plus his other posts for dev work.

Just for comparison, you seem to be at 6/0? If you ever unlocked a Droid Turbo bootloader, you would be reading his guide in detail...

[GUIDE] How to unlock your bootloader, install TWRP and gain root access

You were also the person who insinuated you got your Droid Turbo in Venezuela through somewhat shady means, then acted insulted when I questioned that.

miracle I have my turbo droid without asking how I managed to get it jejejeje ...
When people say, "I have this Rolex watch, but don't ask me how I got it... hahahaha" -- we all know what that means.
