ds7 stuck on cwm help plz!!!

i have a dell streak 7 stuck on cwm, (i can mount my sd and all too)
looked up ways to restore it im going to do that but just wondering if i really have to go thru adb to get it back up and running..any help is appreciated.

Try flashing a ROM, like StreakDroid or Custom 2.2.2 (or simply stock 2.2.2). Let us know if that doesn't work.
