This ROM is the latest ROM for Multi-CSC OXM released 10 jan 19, and can be used for ALL CSC's mentioned in Multi-CSC OXM!
This is official Samsung ROM, so KNOX won't be triggered!

Change CSC for i.e. use Samsung Pay

Your data will stay intact, but it's possible you get "com.android.***** has stopped" -> Then a Factory Reset is needed (in Recovery)!

What is a complete reset, I am ready to do it if I know what it is?

Hi, Any info on comeplete reset, if you mean by doing it from recovery, already done that.

I visited samsung service center in India and they were of no help, they say that they are aware of the issue but they have no solution for it, simply asked me to change service provider. Lolz. They said that my phone will start working once CSC is changed and that cannot be done via Odin

Well if u guys have any other info than do let me know, I will again by downloading this new Link of firmware ported and will keep fingers crossed.

Go to Software Info on your phone, scroll down to "Software Serviceprovider": could you post that info here (or post a screenshot)?

Finally i was able to solve my issue, it was an easy and silly solution and worked like a charm. Thx for all ur help. Be happy and prosper.

I have flashed stock Rom with last XEF but I have two line in parameters of the phone that appeared and I can't use and don't need...
These line are "Itinerance T" and "Operateur"
I'd like to know how to flash to erase this two lines.
I give you 2 screens : one of the problem, one of my soft installed.

That's why this issue is happening.

Clean flash the latest XEF firmware again with CSC_OXM file and this will be fixed.
