Dual SIM function

Hi, I'm curious to know how dual SIM works in this phone. If I have two 4g network sims, will the other get downgraded to 2g or 3g?
For example, the OnePlus Two pushes my call/text sim to 2g while my data sim is on 4g/LTE.

Both SIM will run in 4G but only one will receive data. (You could specific which one SIM 1 or SIM 2 to receive data without reboot the phone.)

As long as the one receiving data is on 4G, the other SIM is on 4G or not is not so relevant, I believe... (Not sure if both can work on VoLTE at the same time... No VoLTE here...)
