Dual sim + micro SD at the same time?

It seems possible to use 2 sims and the SD at the same time in some xiaomi phones.

In the above link, a step by step guide shows some one doing the mod that allows this functionality.

Not possible mi4c cannot read/detect sd cards at that slot. It is missing hardware and pins to do that. Do not try.
