You need to be rooted to flashed this... Do a nandroid before flashing this mod.. If any issues you can revert back to your nandroid backup..

Personally i've been using it for quite some time and have no issues.. Just feel that it need to be fine tuned to make the sound even better...
Thanks a lot for answering and helping bro. I'm quite busy today. [emoji4] [emoji4]

I can confirm this dual speaker mod for S7 Edge works 100% on the note 7.

I've created a step guide here, on how to install the Dual Speaker Mod for the Note 7 for anyone that may need it.

All credits go to Zubi182 for making this amazing mod for the S7 Edge and shared it, as well as Phazonclash for making it possible on the Note 7. SkilletDesire if possible put it on the first post, for users to access it more easily!
Thanks again guys!

I tried the s7 edge dual variant level 3 with hydra Rom and kernel. People cant hear me. I had to reflash the Rom to fix this. Some note 7 users in the s7 forum are experiencing this problem too.
Go a few post back bro... You will find the flashable file made for N7.. Download it and flash it to your rom.. I'm currently using hydra rom and kernel with no issues...

Edit : Download it here..

Can this be flashed via FlashFire?

As mentioned before... A Level 1 Version would be great!
And how is it possible to get back to stock?

Flash through flashfire, but make sure you fix the permissions afterwards

I have the T-Mobile Note 7 variant. I'm rooted. I flashed this using flashfire (no TWRP for Snapdragon models yet) and I was wondering how to fix permissions? Currently it doesn't work wheb i flash that Dual Speaker N7 package from Google Drive. Would love to show this off to my friends who have the new iPhone :)

EDIT: I flashed a Verizon beta 14 dual speaker mod from the original thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=67886691&postcount=431

The beta 14 worked for my T-Mobile Note 7 variant. And so far the bottom speaker is louder and the earpiece has sound coming through it when playing media! I'm fairly happy right now! :)

This is pretty neat to hear. Can't wait for my replacement.

Are there any battery implications when using this mod? I can't imagine the earpiece uses that much power, or that it would be even used that often.
