Dual Speaker Mod

I have the T-Mobile Note 7 variant. I'm rooted. I flashed this using flashfire (no TWRP for Snapdragon models yet) and I was wondering how to fix permissions? Currently it doesn't work wheb i flash that Dual Speaker N7 package from Google Drive. Would love to show this off to my friends who have the new iPhone

The beta 14 worked for my T-Mobile Note 7 variant. And so far the bottom speaker is louder and the earpiece has sound coming through it when playing media! I'm fairly happy right now!

Sadly, no. Since I got the new Note 7 I can't get root anymore. I'm pretty bummed about it

Why can't you get root? It would be pretty much the same method rooting as before...

Root is no longer available to those that updated to the latest version, and I regretfully updated.

Tried the N7 version from this thread and the verizon beta 14 version the tmobile guy used with no go. The N7 version didn't do a thing, the verizon version I think was working but it restarted my phone too quick to be certain. I am on the Verizon variant of this phone btw

I am using this mod on my Note 7, it works great - no issues at all. I love the sound now, dual speakers make a huge difference to the sound. I wouldn't call this stereo sound though because both speakers play the same sound, with earpiece playing treble more.

I can confirm that v17 works flowless with my vzw note 7 with sprint ph1 root.
