so recap for simplicity:

1. Is there a link tutorial for the DURAFORCE KYOCERA or flashing? Factory or upgrade
2. I assume this is a YES, but deleting an app with Titanium backup makes it a perma delete, correct?
3. And finally Am I wasting my time with the factory reset (which I did from the menu but didnt restore the contacts app no luck), as it will probably not work?
