Dust dilemma

I have the dust under screen problem, which is a fault but orange say its not their prob its a HTC warranty issue. Consumer direct says the trader (orange) is responsible. Don't know what to do.

I'd say it's HTC's problem. I'd try contact HTC and see what they say. It's a defect with their phone hence they should be responsible.

There was a thread on the dust under screen problem and I'm sure people have sent it into HTC and got it sorted.

I feel nothing but dread from all the hassle people had when I had the hd2. That's why I'd like to avoid htc
