DVD Library Manager?

[Im Packing]

I'm looking for a DVD Library manager that can also sync with the X1. I don't want to go to different rooms of my house bringing movies back to my computer and entering the data. I'd like to be able to enter the information on my phone and upload/sync it to my XP OS computer keeping the library info both on my computer and hand held. I've searched and googled but have fell short in finding what I need.

Any suggestions?
