Beceause the swap is enabled by default in the LG kernel. And the suggested values for the swappiness is 90 in this case.
The kernel use the swap very well. I don't see why i have to disable it...

For example, the 90% RAM treshold of swappiness is suggested by who? The same applies for all the sysctl changes you've made in the last release.
I mean, by default the kernel is sucking 700MB of RAM just for zram, like in 200x's phones where the top phone had 1GB of RAM. We have plenty of RAM now, why should I use a feature developed for old problems?
Everytime you use zram some CPU cycles are used compressing/decrompressing data that flow in and out of RAM, just for 3GB-700MB+(700MB*1.4)=
3.3GB of maximum system commit instead of the 3GB without it?
