Just don't sweat too much when wearing the S9HDs. After about 6 months the buttons on the left side shorted, didn't matter which button i pushed the volume went down and would not go back up. I left them alone for a month and they were working fine and then shortly after same thing happened again. Thankfully Android volume controls the Bluetooth volume. Now I just leave them cranked up and use Android to control the volume. I've had issues with other Moto headsets, I will never buy another Motorola headset again.
