Thanks to the op for providing everything in one thread so it's an easy process (for the majority anyway lol), but I do have a suggestion.. It might be a good idea to let people know in the op that following this guide will update their bootloader and as of right now there is no way back. That doesn't mean it's necessarily a bad thing, it's just that once you do this you can no longer flash any of the 4.3 roms anymore because you have an updated bootloader. Anyway I'm definitely not trying to complain and it's great that you put everything together for people, but I know how people can be and I'm sure a lot of people will see this and that'll be the end of their reading lol

Edit: Yeah the guy above me perfectly explained what I was talking about! Lol

You're right about how people can be. I know a lot of us are trying to help people from screwing up their phones.

OP, add a link to Dragonstalker's Q&A section and suggest they go there FIRST before attempting the update. That will take blame off you and should give them a great resource for answers.

I know I've been crawling around the threads trying to answer questions and help where I can.

You dont have to use Phil's recovery, there is a 4.4 TWRP Recovery that works great and I have had less issues flashing ROMs...I was unable to flash [ROM] ViSiON X N3 - US TMO [N900TUVUCNB4 KK TW 4.4.2] [N900T/N900W8] yesterday until I used TWRP....This is a great OP...

I would recommend everything you said and add the following.....

1. Update using the official ODIN
2. ODIN TWRP after Reboot - Found Here
3. Inject Root with Chain fire if they want to stay where they are
4. Download Custom ROM and place on SD Card that you plan to use if they don't want to stay
5. Reboot into Recovery and Factory Reset, Wipe Cahce, Dalvick, Data, System, Internal SD (Only if you have an external SD Card)
6. Go into Download and ODIN Official Firmware again and then repeat steps 2-3
7. Reboot into TWRP and only Factory Reset, do not touch anything else, just factory reset (will have issues exporting from Dropbox to your SD Card)
8. Flash Custom ROM
9. Let it sit for 5-6 mins
10. Reboot and flash the Read Write Fix for the SD Card.

I already did all this, YOUR GUIDE IS AWESOME and its perfect dude, explains it all for the people who are having troubles, I ran into a lot of unexpected issues from doing a full wipe after I did the ODIN and I don't know what, if it was the system wipe or internal SD wipe

1. No... Correct
When I flashed in TWRP, all I did was wipe dalvick and cache, hit reboot and all was good...What is this option you are talking about?
