Ebay seller: never-msrp

It's pretty scammy to be honest, because they mark it shipped on eBay when it clearly wasn't. I am getting extremely bad vibe because I felt like I was scammed into buying it because of a lie, since they were the only ones claiming to have whites in stock.



Yeah, so the cheapass in me doesn't want to cancel my order because I don't want to lose that lower price. Let's see what they say but ugh, like I said, extremely bad vibe.

You know, since there seem to be a number of us here, what we can do is to tell them that if they don't make it right, we are coordinating here at XDA and will all leave negative feedback at the same time.

after checking all posts regarding the D6603/D6633 seem to be on preorder. D6653 seems to be in stock. some z3 compacts are also on pre-order.

its good to know theres more then one person facing the same issues though, not just me

I got a reply from never-msrp this morning.

They are getting the phones in two days and apologized for the error in the listing.

I also got an email this morning saying they will be getting it in 2 or 3 days. I also noticed the updated posting on eBay saying "pre-order October 3"
So I will wait a few more days.

I had pre-ordered maybe 2 weeks ago from never MSRP; at the time they noted expected ship date of 10/3 which may end up being accurate.

why would you order a phone on EBAY and expect to receive it basically before it officially launches? last i checked, very few people have one and most won't have one until at least the second week of october. those that have managed to get one are just lucky because only like 1 or maybe 2 companies actually have them. sure the ebay is misleading, but it's really nothing new if you bought from ebay before.. ebay does not allow preordering and buying things ahead of time so sellers aren't suppose to list items as preorders because their listing will likely be removed by ebay.

also, the price you bought it is most likely cheaper than buying it elsewhere, so you're saving some money.. if you want things fast sometimes you have to pay full price..
