Anyone know why the toggles in the settings do not show up other than what's in the Eclips custom settings? Example is I want the multi-window toggle but that's not in his custom app but at the same time it's not showing up like it should based on the setting in phone settings.

Those are the old TW toggles. Non functional in aosp. So those are getting removed.

Only other question I have is how to access the hidden menu from dialer. It is enabled but when at the dialer *#0011# does nothing.
I have the same issue with build 1.0 and the pre build release before this one. I daaaaable checked to see if the hidden menu value is ON and it was but no joy. It's no biggie for me though, In chicago Band 4 and LTE-AWS availability is no good. You get it in either downtown or the loop, ohare airport, Shamburg and Niles. (portilos and xsport) And if it is available, the speed is not that fast. The rom is still fantastic even though we can not access the hidden menu, band 4 and wifi power save settings :D

yeah really it's almost a non issue..... I know it's enabled by looking in root browser, just wanted to know if it was oversight on my part. Really sweet rom. Ive missed AOSP and this is the best of TW meets AOSP. Can't wait for the 3rd/ refined build. This guy has the Note 3 on lock down IMHO.

Correct I agree with you :D. EclipseICS was fantastic on the bionic and it's going to be awesome on our juggernote 3 :D

Yea, that's what I figured. But was still surprised. Anyone know if it's possible to enable CRT-OFF animation using xposed or something?
I looked through wanam and didn't see the option for it. I've been wondering if there is something else that would give the desired effect. I'm used to having it as well.

I am not running eclipse currently to test if it works, but you can typically use gravitybox module to change the screen off effect to CRT.

Gravity box won't even work. If you turn the module on you get constant system UI force closes.
