ROM Installation process:
1) Go to CWM based recovery (Latest Recovery is recommended https://dl.twrp.me/i9300/) by holding HOME - POWER - and VOL UP BUTTON
2) FULL WIPE is highly recommended!
3) Mount everything (System, Data, Cache..)
4) Choose "Install ZIP from sdcard"
5) Choose ROM zip file
6) Go through AROMA (Choose only what you want to install)
7) Wait for finishing flashing
8) Reboot and enjoy

The rom I used on my phone. Developer options. Window animation scale off Transition animation scale off
Animator duration scale off and You can cancel apps you've already downloaded without auto-starting

Good Morning. ROM works well for me, the only problem is that I deactivate Edge people and I do not know how to activate it to appear in the side menu. Sorry my english I'm using the Gboard keyboard

#sadikdalma Used it. Loved it. Only thing that whenever i enable navigation bar by editing build.prop it shows systemui stopped. Can you please look at this. I badly want the s8 nav bar so.
