Hello guys, i've been around here there's a lot of time. About six months ago i bought my DIAMOND retail verson, and it just can't connect to the EDGE.
I live in Brazil, my mobile network is CLARO BR, which since a month ago has the 3g connection based on 850mhz (i already know that diamond does not support 850mhz connection).
But the doubt is, why does my phone can't connect on EDGE if it's quadband 2g?
I've tried to contact claro support and they said my phone can't be set to work even on edge. This is bulshit, the true is that they don't know how to configure and even I do.
So i came here to ask you guys, to help me configure my phone to work with.
