(edit: got the answer) Windows RT 8.1 disappear from store

I decide to not wait for hacked and try to upgrade now. I see it in store on a first day it release. I still see it this morning. (GMT +7) But it didn't there this afternoon when I decide to upgrade. I update everything from Windows update.

Did other Windows RT owners still see it in store?

Update: I got the answer. Microsoft removed it.
