EIO state and can't able to boot into recovery & OS

After updating to android 10, my mobile working fine. But one day my phone automatically restarts and showing EIO state error. Anybody please help me to fix my phone...

Go recovery terminal type

reboot "dm-verity enforcing"

And hit enter
