Anyone have the "Emergency Alerts" app on there phone? I thought maybe it was originally included on my U11, but maybe it was apart of a system package I disable. I've tried re-enabling all the usual suspects (like the Messages app, Sense Home, etc) but I still don't have the icon for Emergency Alerts.
Or maybe it was never on the U11 and I'm just remembering it from the 10 or M8...
