Hi bro ! That's the android fragmentation ! Many constructor use stock one so when they are officialy release it will be available with system update.. but sammy ever use it's own and i'm not sure they will bring O for S6... We will have to make it ourself ?

If you dont have custom recovery on your rom you can also extract files from my zip and replace them manually, follow updater-script for specific rights on files replaced
