How bad? I changed my region to Chinese and update shows. Should I hold off and keep reason to UK and try later?

Before update phone on hibernate mode battery can maintain. Now it will just dropped overnight by 5 to 6%. When playing game, it drained about 1.5 times faster

My heavy usage days I have about 35% towards late evening. Yesterday's first heavy usage day after the update down to 20% my mid afternoon. ? Considering roll back or hard reset. But then again Google becomes a pain in the butt. Hopefully Biden adminstration will do what is needed to fix this.
