Emui 12 to Emui 10 to Emui 12(no update, still 11.0.0.230)

Hello friends. I have a P40 pro. I was using emui 12 beta, but I downgraded it to emui 10 to install gms. After installing GMS, I made all the updates in order (5 total, updates as large as 10 gb), but now 11.0.0.230 appears as the latest version, the emui12 update does not appear in hisuite, do I need to log in to the beta project again?

I joined the beta program through the UK country, checked it using appgallery and system UK, but there are no updates.

I got stuck on .230 for few months, but last weekend I've changed my SIM card few times (I've used Polish SIM and I immediately got update to .260, then I put giffgaff and i immediately got update to EMUI 12 .218).

Im also stucked for 2 months on .230 version, cant update to 260 or emui, tried everything and even did factory reset but sill no success.
Didnt do sim swap since i only have my sim from bh telecom (bosnia)

There is no 260 or EMUi12 firmware available on HiSuite Proxy or DLOAD method, yet.

i put out sim out then in couple of times but still no results, there is no way i can get to sim from other countries sadly
