After trying some custom roms I came to the point that emui is better in ram management, battery efficiency, features.Im getting 2.2gb of free ram when not using any app,in redmi note 4 ram usage is so high that 1.8gb only remains available in 4gb variant and in stock android rom like lineage os im getting 1.6 gb free only therefore no point of using custom rom in my honor 6x, battery drain is also high in custom roms

Obviously EMUI is better in RAM management, battery efficiency and features
Well, yes at this point the stock software, that's actually been created by paid developers who are working for a multimillion-company is better than the custom ROMs that the talented developers of this community are building. Have a bit more patience and try to encourage them. Stock Android is less bloated and often way smoother and efficient once it is in a non-alpha state of development:good:

Xiaomi flagship vs Honor flagship.

Dear Xda guys.
Of all phones i have used(xperia ion, honor 6,moto x,Oneplus3 and now LG G6), i still feel the os Emui is way more polished than others and also snappy.

Now for this post is i am going to sell G6 (just months old but not satisfied) and going to take either Honor flagship phone or Mi flagship phone that is Honor 10 vs Mi7.

I know it's lot earlier to guess and decide but please share your views about premium in hand feel experience, the display quality, the OS smoothness and stability, The Audio quality. Camera i don't use much.

Honor 9 vs Mi 6 will do. Not much comparison out there in web

Honor 9 wins the speed test between honor 9 vs mi6, emui 5.1vs miui 9. Some says miui looks cartoonish and emui looks more mature

Exactly. I tried in ion and op3 miui ported and i deleted it within 10 minutes. Can't tolerate the flashy color and cartoonish one

But there is no much difference in EMUI 8 in terms of UI part. Feature wise, there could be few addition but UI wise, it will look almost the same as that of EMUI 5.

MIUI rocks EMUI sucks

It's simple, there is no better Rom than MIUI. From battery, less bloatware, speed and features perspective! It has also better and larger community base in comparison to any other UI. Huawei is only trying to make its bad clone (even name sounds similar). I had Samsung, Huawei, Asus and Xiaomi in my hands and MIUI is far best from them. Of course if you own Honor you will always say it's best (even though you know it's not). :D:D:D

MIUI is still way better than emui 8 from performance, feature and look perspective. I see you have Honor so I am expecting you will not agree ;)

Emui provide fingerprint gestures support,f2fs file system, project treble, WiFi bridge, fast fingerprint, uses less ram, huawei makes its own processor so they are more optimized, and I like pure android over miui, and using a lineage os based rom now, miui is too heavy it consume more than half ram,

Well technically speaking, HONOR is Huawei's Sub-Brand aimed at millennials. It's quite a large spectrum of devices though even as its own brand.

It uses EMUI, it has its own dedicated processor, its also going to be more Different with EMUI 8. it's pretty good. MIUI is too cartoony and... Simple?
