Enable all rotations

I am looking for a simple way to enable all rotations. Is there a build.prop tweak that will do it. Basically, my phone stand would fit better if I could have it at 90 degrees (aka upside down.) I google around and didn't find anything.

Set it to automatic (full) and it will enable all rotation angles
