You are doing something that isn't officially supported, you should expect issues. If you want perfection, you should pay more for a device that has what you want out of the box.
Off course is not officially but converting it was working with me for pervious oneplus phones

You shouldn't expect that to always be the case. I never buy a phone unless I know it has what I need for my purposes for just this reason.
I wasn't buy this until reading this thread saying 100% working... So now I flower my self for buying it... Now I hope to get dual sim working with me?

i got dual sim working but if you reboot device or reinsert sim then imei will be null so you need to connect wifi
to fix that issue
so if anyone can discuss more about this plz share your exprince

Can you share your method 2 and did you het fix for null issue? I am on android 13 btw and my mobile shows 2 sim but i cant get to recognize 2nd sim
3 forking days i try to do this and i win. i cannot flash a12 d1 by Ota (install failed on 0%, i dont know why), but today i flash it by TWRP ( and got restarting every 30-60 seconds), then OB1 by TWRP, reflash OB1 by ota, wiping data and i see 2 sim, #2 is not active. after that, I just wanted to throw this phone away. But I decided to just return the Eu firmware via TMO-EU. i do it. then 2 uprades to A12 by OTA and i see 2 working sim!!!! It's just incredible and damn nice)

Write by steps what i do (i do it twice and both times its work) may be some steps was excess (for exemple 12, 15, may be 7). In step 17 as i think you can flash global firmware (after all i reflash to global c47 by OTA. and now im on global c66) :
- I backed up my modem_a, Modem_b modemdump, modemst1 and modemst2 partionts from my stock T-mobile rom
- I used this procedure to convert LE2127 to eu 11.2.2.2 including flashing NON-HLOS.bin provided.
- I unlocked the bootloader
- As the procedure required 11.2.8.8 I installed this OTA: OnePlus9ProOxygen_22.E.11_OTA_0110_all_2107082125_d0bd7d565
- flashing tmo modem flasher 8.8 in fastboot.
- I applied this OTA LE2125_11_C_OTA_1230_all_a88473_10100001
- I applied script OB1ONECLICK ROOT from topic. save some partitions.( i think its no nesessary, do it in p.1)
- Same as p.2, 3, 4.
- I cannot install OTA A12 D1 VARIANT ( update failed on 0%) and install it by loading twrp from fastboot by "fastboot boot twrp.img" and then flashing A12 D1 VARIANT.
- I hist reboot and immediately installed the sim tray with 2 sims
- It started and rebooted immediately, It rebooted several times sometimes after minutes.
- install LE2120_11_C_OTA_1020_all_b0b4f9_00011011 by loading twrp from fastboot by "fastboot boot twrp.img" and then flashing. i do this because download firmware early (its same developer a12 dp1 with hotfix). may be not nesessary
- It started and rebooted immediately, It rebooted several times sometimes after minutes.
- install LE2125_11_C_OTA_1230_all_a88473_10100001 by loading twrp from fastboot by "fastboot boot twrp.img" and then flashing LE2125_11_C_OTA_1230_all_a88473_10100001. switch on wifi. in this step i see 1 working sim and 1 disabled sim in settings after reinsert simtray (wait for 2-3 min.)
- Reflash by OTA LE2125_11_C_OTA_1230_all_a88473_10100001 (install and do wipe data). see only 2 disabled sims.
- same p.2,3, but without flashing NON-HLOS.bin
- system update by ota to 11.2.10.10 and then to le2123_11_c.47 both downloading by system
- 2 hours of life go to hell and 2 sims working.
Steps 17-18, did you notice if both sims worked while on 11.2.10.10 or was updating to c.47 necessary?
on a11 work only 1 sim. dual sim im starting see only on A12. now im at A13 (on global f16) and its work too!
P.S. worked... and then i perform wipe data... and now all again(

I am on global f16 all i see is no sim card for 2nd sim btw is your imei 1 and 2 same?

Yes, it's same. im now on f.72. all work good. When I repeat all and flash a13 twice , I do factory reset without any issues.
Well excellent btw a video would be so much helpful i m on f16 and will give it a try from step 1
Dual sim appear on status bar. But when insert 2 sim, only detect sim 1. And both imei same
Same i try manytime ago but its not working In the end of the day i got bricked

ONCE DONE PUT IT SOMEWHERE SAFE!!
TAKE SIM TRAY OUT OF THE DEVICE
MSM TOOL BACK TO OOS 11.2.8.8 NA OR EU

NOW LOCAL UPGRADE DURING THIS PROCESS LEAVE SIM TRY OUT
ONCE IT STATES REBOOT CLICK IT AT THIS POINT INSERT SIM TRY
ONCE DEVICE REBOOT YOU NOW WILL SEE DUAL SIM IS ENABLED
NOW TO MAKE IT STICK PERMANENTLY!

IF IT STATS NULL
IF SO TRY STEPS BELOW

Hi everyone! Strong opinions and at some points walking the line of our forum rules so let's cool down for a bit.
We of course share our members' concern for the 'health' of their devices but let's not forget the nature of XDA. Everything here is shared as is. The use of mods/ROMs/kernels/etc. always comes with a risk. I believe this is properly outlined in the OP here.
Let's please just focus on the goal we all share here: improving functionality. It's no point to dwell on the same principles over and over. Only working together as a community will yield desired results. If a publisher does not wish to disclose methods used, however, that is their right. With some exceptions such as kernels and recoveries. That said, we do prefer to see the spirit of open source spread across our platform. We're a huge fan of sharing!
I'd like to add that the discussion here does have a lot of great aspects and has been conducted in a mostly civil way. Thank you for that! Therefore I do not see the need to perform any 'clean up in aisle 4!'. I'm sure you all said what needed to be said so it may be a good moment to move on before things escalate. Well for one I wouldn't call this a mod
as this doesn't get removed even after msm tool flashing stock Especially for TMO LE2127 witch normally kills mdm retention that this technically "MODIFYS" as you would say mod for the TMO le2127
for the TMO 9pro the effect is different then to the NA le2125
as I only had one test for that device that really didn't give much feed back other then it worked for them and screen shots
as where had 2 great tester on TMO plus my self to test the many why to get this to work!!
also as I have not got it stick on oos A11
I consider this is still under testing and will not release anything more then what I have
Due I'm not going to have ppl killing there phone or turning them in to paper weight like I did
also I only released this due to other's bugging and blowing up here and telegram nonstop
