Hi all - OP updated with a new Magisk module. Thanks to the research done by @My Name is ShaoXIa, the module (in addition to executing the command that enables native call recording) also disables the activity that is responsible for turning off native call recording automatically after some time, so it should hopefully persist now.

@shadowstep Sorry to trouble you again! I still found Bug in use, and now I fix him, so that there will be no problem of voice recordings being covered in the future, unless official changes!

Works great on Oneplus 6T with Oxygen OS 9.0.7 and the person you call can see a "recording" icon on his phone which is ok for me because nobody can say he didn't knew that you are recording. Thanks
How can the other phone detect that the call is being recorded?
Can you please explain more how that should happen that others can see a record symbol? Which phone? which connection for calling? Which provider? Country?
My phone is the Oneplus 6T, the other phone is the Samsung Galaxy S8, both phones have Vodafone Malta and when i call and it picks up and recording is enabled the other phone has in the status bar a red round icon like when you are recording and when the other touches the icon it says, "this conversation is being recorded"..
I tried right now calling a Huawei Mate 9 Pro with german SIM card and nothing appears, no icon. Seems like it is only within Malta or within Vodafone. Will try with friends who have other providers in Malta but my wife knew immediately that i was recording.....^^ because of the icon.
I will make a screenshot when she comes from work this afternoon so you can see.

In that case, stick to the Tasker profile, which still works fine.
Interesting, tested in Germany while calling a galaxy s8 O2 sim and nothing shown, even an iPhone 6s with Vodafone does not show similar things.
Months ago I used this command on non-rooted OnePlus 5:
adb shell settings put global op_voice_recording_supported_by_mcc 1
to get a Voice Recording. Since months this doesn't work anymore.

It's working actually, but you need some more cause the option will disappear after some time. You can read the last few pages/search where it's explained how this command can be used again, otherwise download for working solutions in op.

Good to know, i thought everybody will know that he is being recorded now. Sorry but i totally forgot to get a screenshot yesterday evening but will do it today. It is really strange.Will also change Sim cards to find out if it is provider or country dependent.
