Enable RCS on Messages

Hey all!

NashRadical on Reddit discovered how to enable RCS regardless of carrier. You might need the enter the messages beta program.

Worked for me on the first try!

Now to actually find people to Chat with.

Works great once you enroll in Beta. It really is just like iMessage IMO.

Works great. But you have to make sure the other person is using Android messages too and sets up RCS.

assuming this is the Activity Launcher method referenced in the OP (i can't visit reddit pages at work) then I was curious if simply uninstalling it reverses the process or how to reverse the changes in general? i thought it was cool, but truthfully unless i enable it on my wife's phone, i won't be using it with anyone else.

Opt out of the beta and reinstall the stable version
