Enable Samsung Labs? (Remove app drawer)

Anyone seen a way to enable Samsung labs on the AT&T model? I want to disable the app drawer and use themes. Currently I have to use Hola Launcher to go without the app drawer but it's getting super bloated.

By all accounts that I have seen that function has been removed from the AT&T model.
