Encryption time?

I try to encrypt the phone, and that was about 90mins ago, and right now, I have the phone on the black screen with 3 dots, slightly larger red one and two while one revolving around the larger red one. I'm not familiar with this screen, and not sure it it's still encrypting or the phone is stuck and need reboot. In the past, with other phone/roms, normally it will come back to a back screen saying encrypting with percentage.
