What is u battery status - charge it to full 1 . And again begin from unlocking this time.
I'm quite sure when u will charge it to 100% and try again it will work

BTW. there is possibility its sth wrong "semicrypted" partition thats why he hangs.

Battery is at 100% and plugged in while fastbooting.
Also tried with it unplugged at 90% or more.

Yes I am, BUT I finally got RSD Lite to find my device. I have an SBF file for the 4g LTE version of the xoom, that one failed due to it not finding the LTE adapter. I need to find either the wifi SBF or the verizon 3g SBF.
