Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
Hi.

Had the same problem on the s21u with the second beta. I found a solution that should work for the s22 as well. Hope that helps.

To a anyone having problems installing update with ADB, found this video on YouTube that fixes the issue. Tried it and it worked for me. The link for the video is
For anyone actually wanting to avoid issues with ADB, skip this Video tutorial as it's not the "best" way to do it. The OP in the video is using Minimal ADB fastboot, which is outdated, and the majority of errors on ADB come from outdated binaries (ADB). Download the latest ADB platform-tools from google's (android) website, and make sure that you're using the CMD terminal from windows and not the Powershell.

Flashed the beta 3 without the help of a computer and Shield X. We need a second phone, we put the program on it
Bugjaeger Mobile ADB - Develop & Debug via USB OTG
.(Google Play). We connect it with a wire. In the program, select sideloding and the file update.zip .

Could you please indicate the steps to do to update that way? Thank you
enable usb debugging on phones. Connect phones by wire. On the phone (not which we will flash), select reboot recovery. Next, update with adb. On the second phone sideloding and select the update file. the phone model should be determined, instead of null
